Why I Built KD Tech?
I’ve been building physical products since I was 13 years old.
What started as a hobby became a 15+ year career
helping startups turn their ideas into real pilot-ready hardware products.
Over the years, I’ve worked on 50+ hardware projects;
from IoT devices to medical equipment,
from consumer gadgets to industrial systems.
I’ve seen what works, what fails, and why most hardware startups never make it to market.
I created KD Tech to give first-time hardware founders something I wish I had when I started: a clear roadmap, honest and free guidance, and a partner who actually cares about getting your product to market. Not just billing hours.
